Our half-wagyu pack is ideal for a mid-size family and will fill a medium chest freezer. The pack contains all the prime cuts like Scotch Filet, T-bone, Porterhouse, Roasts, Schnitzel, Silverside, Rump Stew, Stewing beef, mince and gourmet sausages plus soup bones and osso buco. Priced per kilo, this is great value for the top breed of beef on the market. A typical pack is approximately 70kg but varies based on carcass and dressing by our butcher. All packs are individually wrapped and labelled ready for your freezer.
